Refund Policy
5.1. Deposits are non-refundable after the expiration of a two (2) day grace period from the date the deposit is received.
5.2. To receive a refund, the Client must contact Us by 5:00 PM on the second calendar day following the date the deposit was made (e.g., if the deposit is made on a Tuesday, the deadline for a refund request is Thursday at 5:00 PM).
5.3. Refund requests must be made via phone or email within the timeframe outlined above. Refunds will not be granted after the grace period has expired.
